- Delight customers by conducting patisserie product demonstrations and providing high-level training, showcasing our innovative finished goods and concepts.
- Develop cutting-edge products by identifying market trends and collaborating with our business development teams.
- Drive business growth through technical support and fostering strong relationships with customers, helping to identify new opportunities.
- Support product innovation by offering technical input in product development and assisting in product launches.
- Build a strong network with industry partners and contribute to the international technical community.
- Expertise in Patisserie with at least 10 years of hands-on experience.
- Knowledge about the traditional French and/or European style of Patisserie.
- Strong communication and consulting skills, with the ability to inspire and educate.
- Commercial mindset with proven ability to drive business outcomes.
- Knowledge of ingredients, processes, equipment, and digital tools.
- Passionate about food and curious to discover different traditions and follow-up on food trends
- Willingness to travel globally (up to 25% of the time).
