- Define and implement a clear and structured commercial strategy.
- Drive transformation by instilling a proactive, “hunter”-oriented culture within the team.
- Ensure firm and result-driven leadership, with clarity and consistency.
- Be present in the field, actively supporting your salespeople during client visits and key account meetings.
- Act as a bridge between your team and key stakeholders such as installers, engineering offices, and technical consultants.
- Senior leadership experience managing sales teams (minimum 5–7 years).
- A natural structurer and people leader, capable of implementing vision and discipline.
- Experience in change management is a strong asset.
- Perfect bilingual proficiency in Dutch and French is mandatory.
- Background in technical environments (e.g., working with installers or engineering firms) is highly valued.
- You are results-oriented, field-driven, and strategically minded.
