What is the role?An international organization is seeking an Anaplan Solution Architect to drive the evolution of its enterprise planning capabilities. Based in Belgium with a flexible hybrid setup, this is a hands-on, cross-functional role that combines technical delivery with strategic input.You'll work within a collaborative planning team to improve and expand Anaplan's impact across departments, supporting smarter, faster decision-making through high-quality models and user-focused solutions.What will I be doing?
Design and implement scalable Anaplan models to support planning, forecasting, and reporting
Take ownership of existing solutions, ensuring they are reliable, efficient, and easy to maintain
Translate business requirements into clear, effective Anaplan use cases
Lead the technical delivery of new planning initiatives and continuous improvements
Ensure data consistency by collaborating with internal data owners and system leads
Provide expert support, training, and troubleshooting to end-users
Stay current with Anaplan best practices and platform enhancements, driving innovation within the planning space
What profile will I require?
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, IT, or a related discipline
5+ years of professional experience, including proven work with Anaplan in a business context
Certified Model Builder or Solution Architect credentials are a strong plus
Solid understanding of planning processes (financial, operational, or supply chain)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Able to work independently and collaborate across functions
Clear communicator, capable of explaining technical concepts to a non-technical audience
Experience with other planning or analytics tools is welcome, though a focus on Anaplan is key
