- Provide presales and technical guidance for customers and partners (Channel, especially DELL) to drive new Sales Opportunities.
- Train customers and partners to use and promote our solutions.
- Provide Sales and Product Management with customers' feedback to help identify potential new features or products.
- Make sure that you provide weekly reports to all stakeholders.
- Identify new ways to improve customer satisfaction and reduce support costs.
- Be a trusted advisor and analyze customers' needs; suggest upgrades or additional features to meet their requirements all while being able to think across business units.
- Liaise with the sales department to win new business, increase sales, and recommend new solutions.
- Keep up to date with our latest portfolio and establish best practices.
- Keep track of sales performance metrics as requested by the Sales Director.
- Willing to work in Brussels region (Zaventem) and travel within Benelux and Nordic countries if required.
- Remote work is permitted per Eviden guidelines.
- EU Driver's license.
- At least 7 years of solid IT presales experience in a multinational company.
- Having worked in an International Matrix organization or equivalent.
- Very good knowledge of Datacenter environments Server, Storage, Networking solutions and the solutions of major vendors.
- Mainframe, Unix, VM, Converged and Hyper Converged Infrastructure, EDGE as well as BMaaS, Hybrid Cloud and Public Cloud (Azure, AWS, Google)
- Understanding of x86, HPUX and IBM Power systems.
- Application knowledge of SQL, Oracle, SAP HANA, as well as hypervisors and virtualization and backup, VMware, Nutanix, Veeam and Engineered Systems (Exadata, Cisco Vplex,...)
- Knowledge of Data Analytics, ML and AI product use cases. (Databricks, Cloudera, ELK,...)
- Knowledge of CCTV surveillance, Milestone, Genetec VMS and A.I. computer vision is a plus, but candidate will be trained.
- Demonstrated to be self-motivated and able to work independently with remote colleagues and Management.
- Have Channel Experience and willing to maintain and develop a Channel ecosystem across your Region and train, update them subsequently.
- Proven track record of supporting winning deals.
- Good presentation skills.
- Dutch and French language professional working knowledge, mandatory as well as English.
