Managing agendas and scheduling appointments, meetings, and business trips
Preparing meetings: agendas, documents, presentations, minutes, and follow-ups
Handling email and phone correspondence
Acting as a liaison between the executive member and internal/external stakeholders
Assisting in organizing events, board meetings, or shareholder meetings
PROFILEHere’s what your profile as an Executive Assistant looks like:Do you have a Bachelor’s degree in Office Management, Executive Support, or equivalent experience? Then we are looking for you!
You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a corporate or international environment
You are highly organized, discreet, and stress-resistant
You speak fluent Dutch, French, and English (both oral and written)
You are proficient in MS Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
