Role OverviewAs Group Marketing Manager for Structural Interventions (SI) in EMEA, you will lead the strategic and operational marketing efforts for a portfolio of breakthrough cardiac therapies. Based at our EMEA headquarters in Brussels, you will manage a high-performing team and collaborate cross-functionally with global and local stakeholders to drive market development, product positioning, and successful commercialization.You will be a key contributor to early-phase product planning, business justification, and launch execution, and serve as a technical expert across assigned product lines. Your leadership will shape the future of SI therapies in EMEA, ensuring alignment with customer needs, market dynamics, and business goals.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Marketing & Planning
  • Define product positioning, competitive landscape, key challenges, and target audiences.
  • Lead development and execution of integrated marketing plans in collaboration with global and local teams.
  • Shape customer requirements and contribute to product development strategies.
Product Commercialization
  • Drive early-phase planning, business justification, and launch readiness.
  • Develop and manage marketing collateral, launch materials, and sales enablement tools.
  • Present marketing strategies and performance updates to senior leadership, including LBE cycles.
Market Development & Awareness
  • Lead market development initiatives to raise awareness and adoption of SI therapies.
  • Build strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) across EMEA.
  • Conduct product overviews and training for physicians and sales teams.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with global marketing, local sales teams, and market research to ensure successful product launches.
  • Analyze limited market release data and share insights with leadership.
  • Support advisory boards and gather physician feedback for product planning.
Team Leadership & Compliance
  • Coach and develop team members to achieve high performance.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and customer-centricity.
Qualifications & ExperienceEducation
  • University degree required; MBA preferred.
Experience
  • Minimum 10 years in sales and marketing within the medical device industry.
  • Proven track record in multinational environments and cross-functional leadership.

  • Deep understanding of cardiac therapies and European healthcare markets.
  • Strong analytical, strategic, and creative marketing capabilities.
