To better support the significant growth and new product launches (TecValy, Tremfeya, Darzalex,..), we are looking for a porduction engineer.Job Summary:As a Production Engineer, you will be essential in ensuring the seamless, efficient, and high-quality production of packaging and assembly processes for sterile products. Your role will focus on process optimization, equipment performance, and maintaining compliance with industry standards. In pursuit of this goal, you will collaborate closely with Maintenance, Quality, Safety, MSAT and executing systems. This will be a permanent contract.Your responsibilities will include:
Design, develop, and optimize packaging and assembly processes to improve throughput and quality.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including MSAT, quality, supply chain, and maintenance/executing systems to support product launches and continuous improvement.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to manufacturing, assembly line processes, and equipment performance.
Ensure processes are compliant with GMP, and other regulatory standards relevant to innovative medicines.
Implement Lean, Six Sigma, standard work or other continuous improvement strategies to reduce waste and increase efficiency.
Support change control, documentation, and training for new and existing processes.
Analyse production data to identify inefficiencies (OEE) or non-conformances and develop corrective actions. (Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau,..)
Promote a safe working environment.
Qualifications:Education:
A minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent University degree in a Science, Technology or Engineering field is required. Master's degree is preferred.
Experience and Skills:Required:
An innovative drive to make the difference and achieve results. Combination of analytical and technical skills to understand and solve complex issues as well as derive related business needs.
Ability to efficiently execute technology study work and optimization projects in a commercial production environment
Familiarity with robotics, automation lines and qualification processes
