Tras un plan de formación interno en el que habrá un acompañamiento inicial la persona deberá liderar e implementar proyectos desde su planteamiento hasta su implementación. Las principales responsabilidades son:
Proponer el plan de marketing de las gamas asignadas y hacer su seguimiento en los diferentes mercados.
Desarrollar estrategias e implementar proyectos transversales
Implementar y evaluar las acciones definidas en el plan de marketing (productos, promociones, material de comunicación, eventos, formación,…) coordinando su ejecución con todos los departamentos implicados y garantizando el cumplimiento de las fechas establecidas en el plan.
Realizar el seguimiento de ventas (volumen, valor y margen) coordinando con comercial los planes y acciones a realizar para corregir los posibles desvíos.
Realizar estudios de la competencia y análisis de las tendencias de mercado.
Colaborar en la realización de eventos y elementos de comunicación globales de la empresa
SE REQUIEREFORMACIÓN: estudios universitarios en Marketing, Económicas, ADE, Relaciones Públicas o estudios relacionados. Se valorará formación de postgrado o Master en Marketing Internacional, Marketing Digital, así como tener conocimientos sobre estudios de mercado.EXPERIENCIA:
Se requiere de 2 a 3 años de experiencia habiendo desarrollado responsabilidades como Product Manager, Brand Manager o puestos relacionados… en departamentos de Marketing
Se valorará muy positivamente aportar experiencia del sector alimentación.
Habituada a trabajar en campañas digitales y dominio de las redes sociales (Facebook, Instagram, Twiter, Linkedin, Youtube….).
Haber trabajado con sistemas CRM
IDIOMAS: Imprescindible tener un buen dominio del inglés.PERFIL: Persona con capacidad de trabajar en equipo de una forma transversal y colaborativa, analítica y con visión de negocio que sepa priorizar con el fin de implementar los proyectos encomendados.
