We zijn actief in 20 landen en onze site in Tielt is met onze 430 medewerkers een van onze meest cruciale locaties.As a member of the ICT infrastructure team you are responsible to keep the existing ICT infrastructure performance and efficiency to a high level.You face the internal users and solve their ICT problems via the MCAM Service Desk.As a global ICT solution architect you will lead and participate in global ICT projects.You are responsible for some of the ICT infrastructure areas.Your responsibilities:· MCAM Service Desk 1st but mainly 2nd and 3rd line supporto Troubleshooting ICT problems, diagnosing and solving hardware/software fault in your responsible area.o Providing documentation in your responsible area and relevant documentation for Service Desk.· Participate in global ICT projects.· Infrastructure Responsibility in several sites.· ICT Infrastructure Monitoring work: you keep an eye on the infrastructure efficiency and security and take action where necessary.· You are responsible for all infrastructure and support on 1 or more MCAM sites. You make sure the infrastructure is in the best possible condition and users are satisfied working with it.· Looking- suggesting ways to connect the IT-OT environment.· You have a professional Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or the equivalent experience in coursework and in the field and ideally at least 4 years of experience;· Good knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems, Exchange, Office applications, Scripting, Office 365;· Good knowledge of Active Directory;· Good general knowledge of VMware ESXi and vSphere products;· Good general TCP/IP network knowledge;· Understanding and be able to apply good measures in handling the OT-IT communications;· You are a teamplayer minded, stress-resistant problem solver;· A good general view on ICT technology with focus on ICS;· Willing to engage in further education and willing to occasionally travel and work outside office hours.· Flexible and social-minded.
