- Supervise the activities of the P&C Claims Operations North teams and be responsible for implementing the claims management policy in the retail sector;
- As a member of the P&C Retail and Motor Corporate Claims department management team, you will concretize and implement, in collaboration with your colleagues and your manager, the claims management strategy within the department.
- Represent the organization to external contacts and our supervisory body;
- Support managers/employees in their development to strengthen their expertise and improve the professionalism of the teams;
- Set objectives, evaluate managers, and provide support for recruitment to ensure an effective team;
- Define policies, budgets, and guidelines for claims management, in consultation with the P&C claims management;
- Participate in projects aimed at achieving objectives, controlling claims costs, and/or improving service quality;
- Take responsibility for implementing the P&C Claims department strategy to contribute to the organization's objectives and achieve service quality;
- Stimulate, organize, and structure the transfer of knowledge, information, and expertise within the department and guide executives and employees through change;
- Be a true driver of change within the Claims department;
- Participate in meetings with internal and external contacts, negotiate autonomously within your area of competence.
- Experience in team management is essential
- You speak fluent Dutch with a good knowledge of French
- You have 10 to 15 years of experience in the field or in a similar position
- You have a natural talent for organization.
