You work together with a team of technical colleagues and ensure that the work is carried out in a safe and efficient manner.Tasks and responsibilities:

Laying, applying and finishing asphalt

Preparing the subsoil and compacting the sublayer

Working with various machines and tools

Ensuring the correct quality and finish of the asphalt

Maintaining a clean and safe workplace

Collaborating with colleagues to complete the work on time and according to schedule

Your profileWho we are looking for:

Experience as an asphalt worker is a plus, but not required (you can learn the trade with us!)

In possession of a VCA certificate or willing to obtain one

Physically in good condition and willing to work in all weather conditions

Team player with a practical mindset
