You will be in charge within the Customer Service department for all order to cash administration and logistic support related to existing key accounts (export)This means you will have to take care of
All kind of product and delivery related communication
Info exchange with customers and the external sales team on one side and the customer service dept. of inter-company entities in the Netherlands, Finland, Czech Republic, Poland, Denmark, Hungary, Austria and Switzerland on the other side
Investigation of product availabilities
Order handling, input till invoicing in AX Dynamics
Investigating road freight rates and booking transports
Follow up on order status
Data management
General office tasks

Excellent communication skills (oral and written) in English and Dutch.
Previous successful experience in supporting sales teams and in orchestrating customer requests. Experience in the field of customer service/commercial service is an asset.
Good IT skills (Knowledge of MS Office and experience with an ERP environment). AX Dynamics or Dynamics 365 knowledge is an asset
