As a production supervisor, you will lead a team of 40 cutters. You monitor and manage the cutting line, detect errors, and address them in a coaching and constructive manner. In doing so, you ensure quality, speed, hygiene, safety, and other production goals are consistently met.
You ensure that production runs in a structured and efficient way and that new employees are properly guided and onboarded.
You lead by example and take an active role in planning, training new employees, and maintaining overall team performance.
Profiel
You have experience in a leadership role in a large livestock slaughterhouse
You have excellent communication skills in English or Dutch
You are a diplomatic coach who can earn the trust and respect of the team
You are flexible with working hours, highly responsible, a true team player, and not afraid to take initiative and lead by example
