• You plan, design, and execute pilot trials, including preparing raw materials and operating and cleaning the line.
• You plan, design, and execute lab analysis in collaboration with the R&D Manager, covering quality analysis, shelf-life tests, benchmark, performing patisserie & bakery applications, and sensory tests.
• You create and organize trial reports, including conclusions and recommendations.
• You continuously improve and update test procedures in collaboration with the R&D Manager.
• You manage the stock of supplies, raw materials, and finished goods.

• You are responsible for the daily operational management of the pilot plant, implementation and execution of daily GMP's.
• You maintain lab and pilot equipment in collaboration with internal stakeholders and suppliers.

• You lead small parts of projects closely related to pilot and/or R&D activities
• You support administrative tasks, including maintaining and updating recipes in SAP and organizing R&D events such as trainings and customer visits.

• You have a bachelor degree or relevant experience in food chemistry, food technology, nutrition and dietetics or similar

• You work extremely accurately and systematically and you are familiar with current Microsoft applications (Word and Excel). SAP experience is a plus but not mandatory.
• A good knowledge or understanding of English and French is necessary
