Our purpose is to make city breaks and workcations less apologetic, more purposeful and tuned to the self.about the InternshipHands-on role and responsible for the day-to-day operations of the hotel under the guidance of the the General Manager and Director of Operations· Answers guests inquiries and attends to the needs of the guests at any time· Assist any operational department when needed. This role may include carrying out Front Office duties and serving of drinks and meals as required.· Pay attention to details, and be an example for the team. This to ensure consistent delivery of a high standard of service and ensure that the Cardo / Autograph Collection concept is correctly presented to the guests.Overview specific duties· Providing first class service to the hotel guests at any time, give recommandations when needed.· Meeting and greeting customers following the hotel’s SOP· Keeping the administration up-to-date in order to draft correct and adequate reports.· Checks cleanliness of lobby and public areas· Addressing problems and troubleshooting on the floor· Supervising maintenance, stock supplies and furnishing· At any time, responsible for the safety and wellbeing of our guests· Projects Hotel related given by the General Manager and Director of Operations· Room checks for VIP guests· Identifies opportunities for improvement, come up with proposals and communicates these to General Manager, Director of Operations and/or Departement Heads.· Seek advice from the General Manager and Director of Operations on all matters of concernAbout YouFlexible and adapts quickly and positively to new situations keeping emphasis on a balanced approachThinks ahead and develops contingenciesCommunicates clearly and openly both verbally and in writing in English, and preferably French or Dutch. Knowledge of any other language is a plusMotivated, performs and ensures that goals are achievedSupports and helps developing other departmentsWell groomed and positive personality
