Provide administrative support to the HR department, lawyers, and business services teams, including diary management, travel booking, expense processing, filing, and organizing meetings or events.
Assist with confidential documentation and data management.
Update and maintain client contacts, mailing lists, and internal systems as needed.
Support recruitment activities, such as coordinating interviews and arranging internal and external recruitment events.
Flexibly handle additional tasks as needed, depending on workload and priorities.

Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative field (secretary, administrative assistant, management assistant)
A perfect level of English with a good command of French or Dutch
Excellent knowledge of the different softwares such as MS Office and CRM systems
