We are looking for a project manager who can successfully and smoothly lead technical projects from start to finish. Ready to make a difference?At Altrad Services Benelux, we invite you to discover our world of industrial services!What can you expect from the role?As a project manager in E&I, you will independently lead challenging projects in the industrial sector. You will be responsible for ensuring a safe and efficient organization, delivered on time and within budget.Your responsibilities include:
- Analyzing and defining client requests into concrete projects
- Managing daily project administration and related reports
- Efficiently allocating resources and personnel on-site
- Monitoring budgets
- Leading teams and solving problems with a coaching approach
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and addressing non-compliance where necessary
- Organizing site meetings and following up on work instructions
- Actively contributing to improvement initiatives to deliver optimal service to clients
- You have a technical degree at the bachelor’s level
- Preferably, you have initial experience in a leadership role
- You have an analytical mindset and enjoy daily problem-solving
- You can multitask effectively and are stress-resistant
- You are administratively skilled and proficient in MS Office (Excel)
- You are a strong communicator
- In addition to being fluent in Dutch, you can manage in English and French
- You have a VOL-VCA certificate or are willing to obtain it in the short term
