- Influence and manage the interface with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Lead packaging programs and guide cross-functional teams.
- Strategic project management, including setting strategy, anticipation of opportunities, and problem-solving.
- Ensure compliance with packaging regulations and adherence to the UCB packaging strategy.
- Support building the UCB Packaging Strategy and it’s execution.
- Act as a single point of contact for communication-related matters within the functional department.
- Key contributor to the effectiveness of the overall end-to-end labeling, packaging, and artwork process
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in packaging within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Experience in Good Manufacturing Practices, regulations, manufacturing, production (packaging), and project management.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (English language), planning and organizational skills, and the ability to support, inspire and influence multi-functional teams.
- Ability to lead and influence multi-functional teams, hold teams accountable, results orientated, effective at networking, able to manage complex projects from development through commercialization and to achieve the desired objectives or outcomes.
- Relationship management – ability to build network and influence business partners
- Certification in project management is a plus
