Our client is an internationally operating companythat provides specialized services within the logistics and supply chain sector. They are looking for a new Country Controller.Finance:
Prepare and review financial reports, budgets, and P&Ls
Ensure tax and regulatory compliance (payroll, VAT, corporate tax)
Support internal controls and financial audits
Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive efficiency initiatives
Provide financial expertise to regional management
Assist in contract negotiations and policy implementation
Lead a team of 12 professionals (AP, AR, GL) through 3 supervisors
Direct reporing to the Country Director and Regional Controller Europe
Compliance:
Oversee financial controls and ensure adherence to company policies and regulations
Promote a culture of ethical business practices
Communicate regularly to maintain team awareness of policies and legal requirements
Globally operating company listed on a U.S. stock exchangeManagement of team of 13 people + end responsible Finance
Master's degree in Finance or Accountancy.
Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in Finance/Controlling.
Experience in an international environment is an asset.
Strong analytical skills and a business-oriented mindset.
Fluent in Dutch and English. French is a plus!
