The JobAs a Teamleader Academy at TVH Equipment, you combine organizational skills with strong leadership. You are the go-to person for your team and ensure that our customers always receive top-level service. This role combines two key functions:1️⃣ Academy Administrator:You organize and coordinate training courses from A to Z: planning, registrations, course materials, and invoicing.You are responsible for clear communication with customers, trainers, and suppliers.You make sure our quality standards are met, including preparation for audits such as VCA.2️⃣ Team Leader:You coach and motivate a team of 9 employees (trainers and administrators), guide them through complex cases, and ensure efficient work processes.You organize the daily planning, manage leave requests, and encourage knowledge sharing within the team.You also participate in operational tasks when needed and actively contribute to process improvements and customer satisfaction.Your ProfileBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a leadership role.Strong language skills: excellent Dutch and French, English is a plus.Strong in organization, communication, and coaching.Proactive, commercially minded, and focused on customer satisfaction.What’s in it for you?An innovative company You’ll join an innovative company that always works with the latest technologies.
