Job SummaryAre you an experienced helicopter pilot with a passion for safety and efficiency? Join our team to execute both scheduled and unscheduled Helicopter Hoist Operations (HHO) flights. As a Helicopter Hoist Operations (HHO) Pilot, you will perform flights in the most cost-effective and safe manner, adhering to aviation regulations and our company's high standards. You will travel between bases in the Netherlands, Germany, Belgium and Poland.Responsibilities & areasTechnically prepare flights, including route planning, fuel checks, and helicopter inspections.Ensure all administrative tasks are completed pre- and post-flight (ATL, Arion, Crew Portal, Mission reports, Calcultechlog).Report any incidents or technical issues at the end of the flight.Follow safety rules, taking into account the constraints of the helicopter and ensuring the safety of your colleagues and our customers.Verify that all safety systems are functional.Adhere to NHV procedures and the Flight Operations Manual.Deliver a high level of customer service.Perform additional flying duties as assigned.Understand the client's business needs under the guidance of the Base Manager.Stay up-to-date with national and international air legislation, aviation practices, and local procedures.Maintain familiarity with NHV’s Operations Manual and other relevant manuals and instructions.Uphold crew discipline, conduct, and professional appearance.Execute flight duties in line with NHV’s SOPs, limitations, and performance standards for the assigned helicopter type.Handle tasks related to offshore operations as delegated by the Base Manager.Lead by example, fostering a team spirit among colleagues.Adhere to the company's code of conduct, Drugs & Alcohol policy, and respect for the local culture and environment.Skills & experienceEASA ATPL(H) LicenseValid EASA Class 1 Medical CertificateValid EASA IFR (H) Multi-Engine RatingType Rating: H175Flight Experience:1000 flight hours on rotary wing aircraft1000 hours as Pilot-in-Command (PIC)200 hours of relevant HHO experience50 offshore hoist cycles completedWork permit allowing you to work in the EU.Languages: English Proficiency Level 4Solid ICT skills, including aviation software and administrative programs.Strong knowledge of operational, quality, and safety procedures.Flexible team player with a customer-focused, results-driven attitude.Willingness to work in challenging environmentsWe only consider candidates with the required qualifications and licenses.
