Feel free to send your candidacy and we'll get in touch!What you will do :Repair and check electronic / mechanical Stryker productsComplete annual check and calibration according to MDR on customer siteUtilize software and technological tools to maintain proper records, access technical informationAssist the regulatory affairs department / customer to action product recalls, field safety notices and field action noticesFulfil Service contracts with planned maintenancesSupport Installation of Stryker systems on customer sitePerform Software & Hardware UpgradesEfficient and thorough documentation of service activities for internal and external referenceEnsure traceability of all field-based Stryker products through reporting toolsProvide technical support to Internal and external customersEscalade opportunities and issues appropriate team meetingsEnsure excellent follow-up on all customer-initiated issuesEnsure service provided is invoiced if not under warrantTravel Percentage: 90%
