  • Take ownership of the full programme cycle—from client needs assessment and learning journey design to content curation and faculty coordination.
  • Facilitate engaging, tailored learning experiences using innovative methodologies, and act as the main point of contact during delivery.
  • Manage client relationships, offering strategic advice and ensuring a seamless experience through consultative support and clear communication.
  • Evaluate programme effectiveness through feedback and outcome analysis, continuously improving design and delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure high-quality execution and contribute to thought leadership and marketing efforts.
You
  • Bring at least 5 years of experience designing and delivering learning programmes for senior professionals
  • Translate business challenges into impactful learning solutions
  • Apply instructional design models and use digital learning platforms effectively
  • Engage senior stakeholders with strong consultative and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrate emotional intelligence and cultural sensitivity
  • Communicate fluently in English; Dutch is a strong plus
  • Adapt to flexible working hours, including evenings when needed
