- Lead Finance and Procurement teams (5 direct reports), fostering growth and efficiency while developing future talent.
- Enhance financial controls and convert group strategy into actionable KPIs, teaming up with your peers in the leadership team.
- Contribute to new investment (new locations, new clients, new service lines) decisions and oversee the business case.
- Drive the adoption of financial policies and procedures as to ensure the integrity of the company's financial data.
- Ensure timely, accurate financial reporting, and manage budget processes to support organisational goals and meet shareholder expectations.
- Spearhead procurement initiatives to streamline operations and maximise value, while building strong supplier relationships.
- Master's Degree in ideally Economics or Business Engineering or equal by experience.
- Proven Leadership experience in a senior finance role where managing and developing diverse and spread teams was present. Ideally has worked in international environment with the ability to manage cultural, regulatory, and commercial diversity.
- Engagement to work in a midsize company with the ability to switch seamlessly between strategic and tactical/operational work.
- Knowledge of IAS/IFRS Accounting Standards: Deep understanding of international accounting standards to ensure accuracy in financial statements.
- Understanding of IATF is very nice to have: familiarity with basic principles of the International Automotive Task Force, particularly in financial and procurement processes.
- Language Proficiency: proficient in English with additional skills in other languages (Dutch, French, German, Spanish is a plus) to work in a multicultural environment.
- Open to travel regularly to the Eurofit locations in Europe.
