They contribute to guest satisfaction through high-quality service while maintaining security and hotel procedures.Key Responsibilities
Greet guests, manage check-in/out, and update records.
Process guest transactions, including billing and cashiering.
Perform night audits and financial reconciliations.
Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests efficiently.
Conduct security rounds and ensure hotel safety procedures are followed.
Liaise with housekeeping on room status and lost property.
Manage wake-up calls and distribute reports.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and emergency protocols.
Support training and development of team members.
QualificationsThe must-haves:

Exceptional customer service & communication skills
Excellent time management skills and the ability to work autonomously
A hands-on team player with a can-do attitude
Initiates contact and establishes rapport easily
Willingness to take ownership and have the initiative to carry out different tasks as required
A good understanding of finance and accounting practices
The ability to coordinate multiple tasks whilst maintaining attention to detail
Knowledge of Opera is a bonus
An ability to work 11:00 pm to 7:00 am and the flexibility to work weekdays, weekends and public holidays
