You are responsible for welding machines together based on a drawing and a welding gauge
You position the pieces and spot weld them under the supervision of colleagues
You work together with a colleague who is about to retire and other experienced colleagues to make the pieces
Your profileWhy are you the perfect candidate?
You are a semi-automatic welder who can read and understand technical drawings
You are the first point of contact in production when a new machine is made
You have leadership skills or the potential to develop them over time
You will be guided by an experienced colleague on the shop floor to reach the level where you can guide someone yourself
Accuracy and flexibility are important in this role
You can work on various projects without the need for production repetitions
