Your role is pivotal in ensuring projects follow the TOMRA Food Project Model, and are delivered on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards.Key Responsibilities:Project Leadership:
Plan, execute, and deliver projects and programs within the Global Solutions portfolio.
Ensure projects align with TOMRA Food's expectations and the TOMRA Food Project model.
Deliver large, complex projects on time, within budget, and to the agreed quality standards.
Schedule and coordinate resources within the defined project scope.
Make project-related decisions in line with the approved project management plan.
Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale, cross-functional, international projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
5+ years in leadership or managerial roles with a focus on building and guiding efficient teams.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
Demonstrated ability to manage complexity and drive results in global project environments.
Skilled at aligning and inspiring cross-functional teams to meet shared objectives.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
Strategic and analytical thinker with the ability to synthesise complex information.
Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
Willingness and ability to travel up to 30 days per year, both domestically and internationally.
Flexibility to work across multiple time zones and cultures.
